Services (CPO)
The Florida Department of Health regulates the safety protocols for commercial swimming pools. Hotels, apartment complexes and other facilities with public pools are subject to the rules of chapter 514 of the Florida Statutes. Commercial pool owners are responsible for maintaining a CPO of record that can perform daily inspections & testing as well as respond to events like equipment failure or biological events (fecal, vomit & urine)

These duties must be carried by a Certified Pool Operator, recognized and certified by the Pool & Hot Tub Professionals Association. AquaTru Pool Service techs are CPO certified and equipped to help keep your pool compliant and safe.
Water Testing & Chemistry balancing
We'll test Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, CYA, & Calcium. If any results are out of range, we treat to comply with FL DOH standards.

In some cases, we may test for things like phosphates, metals and other things if we suspect any issues.
Equipment & barrier inspection
We inspect your pool, pumps, filters, plumbing and surface. In addition we check barriers, gates and safety equipment.
We'll thoroughly document and report any issues you'll need to address
Emergency response Closing & repoening
If you experience any type of contamination such as fecal, urine or other hazardous occurrences, we'll close your pool and respond with the state mandated procedures and get it back open as soon as possible.

Documenting & Reporting
As your CPO of record, we'll document all required information in the State of Florid Department of Health Public pool log sheet.

We'll also take pictures and document what we do so that we can provide you with detailed reports of what we do.
